7000 Series

7000 series aluminum alloys, such as 7075, are considered to have extremely high strength among all series of aluminum alloys and are typically used in areas where high static forces are most needed. They are mainly used in the windward direction of the entire aircraft and are also commonly used in gears and shafts, instrument shafts, and turbines.

7001, 7050, and 7075 are extremely high-strength alloys in the 7xxx series that can be heat treated for strengthening.

When it comes to sports equipment, 7075 aluminum alloy is often the mainstream alloy in the market when it comes to choosing lighter weight or higher hardness.
